Techwara LLP ("Techwara", "we", "us", or "our"), an Indian Limited Liability Partnership having its registered office in Belagavi, Karnataka, is committed to safeguarding the privacy of visitors, clients, and partners.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store, process, and protect personal data obtained through our website (www.techwara.com), turnkey software platforms (including our Grocery Platform and related product demos), project collaboration channels, and client engagements, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India and applicable global privacy regulations (including GDPR where relevant).

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us as well as data gathered automatically through technical interactions:

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, company name, preferred contact method, and the service or product you are enquiring about, submitted via our contact form.
• Project Requirements: Technical specifications, project scope, feature lists, and design assets shared with us during consultations.
• Commercial Details: Billing addresses, GST numbers (for Indian entities), and invoicing coordinates required for commercial contracts and agreements.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device & Network Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device screen resolution, and preferred language.
• Usage & Interaction Analytics: Pages visited, time spent per page, click paths, referring URLs, and conversion events measured by Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets first-party cookies on your device. GA4 is not loaded and no cookies are set unless you accept analytics when first visiting the site; if you decline, the script never runs. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
• Traffic & Performance Measurement: Page views, referring URL, approximate country, device type and browser, and Core Web Vitals timings, collected by Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These set no cookies and write nothing to your device. Unique visits are counted using a hash of your request that is salted daily and then discarded, so they cannot be linked across days or to other sites. Because nothing is stored on your device and no persistent identifier is created, these operate without a consent prompt.
• Browser Storage: A local storage entry recording your light or dark theme preference, a second recording your analytics choice, and the session storage entry described under Campaign Attribution below. None of these is used to identify you.
• Campaign Attribution: The referring URL, the page you landed on, and the product, service or source identifiers carried in a link you clicked. These are held in your browser session storage so that an enquiry started on one page can still be routed correctly if you continue browsing, and are cleared once the enquiry is sent.

We process your personal information strictly for legitimate commercial and operational purposes, including:

• Responding to inquiries, scheduling strategy calls, and providing customized software proposals and estimates.
• Fulfilling contractual obligations, developing web/mobile applications, deploying turnkey platforms, and providing ongoing technical support.
• Issuing tax invoices, processing project milestone payments, and complying with statutory accounting obligations under Indian law.
• Enhancing website performance, optimizing user interfaces, preventing fraudulent form spam, and hardening server security.
• Sending occasional service updates or technical advisories relevant to ongoing or past projects (you may opt out at any time).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We disclose data solely to vetted third-party service providers who assist us in operational delivery under strict confidentiality obligations:

• Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel Inc. and cloud providers for secure site delivery and serverless execution.
• Email & Communication: Transactional email gateways (such as Resend / SMTP relays) to route form submissions and project confirmations.
• Web Analytics: Google Analytics 4, which anonymises IP addresses by default, used to evaluate site traffic and interaction trends. Loaded only if you accept analytics.
• Meeting Scheduling: Cal.com, Inc., which provides the booking calendar framed on our Book a Call page. Opening that page loads their calendar, and the name, email address and any notes you enter go to them as well as to us. No other page on this site loads it.
• Traffic & Performance Measurement: Vercel Inc. (Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights), used to count page views and measure real-world page speed without cookies or persistent identifiers.
• Legal & Statutory Authorities: When mandated by applicable Indian laws, court orders, or law enforcement authorities.

We apply technical and organisational controls proportionate to the data we hold. Transmissions are encrypted over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security enforced. The site sends a Content-Security-Policy restricting which external origins may serve scripts, styles, images and fonts, and which may be framed within our pages, alongside X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy headers. Internal access is limited to the people who need it, and dependencies are audited on an ongoing basis.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, resolve disputes, satisfy audit requirements, or enforce our legal agreements. Inactive contact inquiries are purged after 24 months unless an ongoing commercial relationship exists.
